Our first approach towards community electrification and decarbonization is a mobile app called iDecarb.

A social, decentralized mobile application to empower people; community members joining forces to take action towards a more efficient and sustainable future.

iDecarb’s features make it easy, seamless, educational and fun to transform one’s rooftop space, garage, vacant land, parking lot or any empty space with access to the sun’s rays, into a local producer of electricity.

iDecarb users which begin producing electricity with their own underutilized assets, become prosumers of electricity.

iDecarb connects to a network in which members can sell electrons and carbon allowances to multiple markets using a Community Operating System.

Our second approach to community regeneration is the electrification of the exiting community’s real estate inventory as well as to co-design and co-develop the new prosumer real estate fabric, that consume and produce electricity.

 Advanced Energy Communities:

  • Community Solar
  • Microgrids
  • Virtual Power Plants

Our third approach to community decarbonization is the integration the three types of electric utility vehicles with its correspondent EV charging infrastructures:

Advanced Energy Communities:

  • EV Van-pooling Services
  • EV Delivery Services
  • EV Last Mile Taxi Services
  • EV Charging Services

iDecarb provides independent power producers, utilities and capital partners the ability to autonomously monetize clean and local electricity generation and well as all the  battery assets connected to our network. The system  matches the orders (Sell and Buy) using a matching algorithm which aggregate available electricity with the network and make the match between prosumers and markets, without favoring any of its participants.

iDecarb is a real-time trading and control dApp that provides value-based asset management and portfolio optimization, enabling the network members owners to personal configure operational strategies that maximize revenue while minimize risk, consumer orders on both sides of the market are filled in equal increments and cycled continuously, until the market has cleared. This allows new orders to on-ramp and immediately receive equal allocation of the available pool of locally produced electricity within the Prosumer Network.

Our focus is to electrify and decarbonize our cities with a bottom-up approach, while creating a new social, environmental and economic system improving the quality of life across Disadvantaged Communities and beyond.

Disadvantaged communities refer to the areas throughout California which most suffer from a combination of economic, health, and environmental burdens. These burdens include poverty, high unemployment, air and water pollution, presence of hazardous wastes as well as high incidence of asthma and heart disease.

There are over 2,000 of these communities  identified by the California Environmental Protection Agency and approximately 750 of these communities are eligible to receive up to 35% of California Cap and Trade proceeds, making these communities feasible regeneration prospects. Disadvantaged Communities will become the New Lungs of our Cities.
